Step One:  Prewrite Brainstorm for Ideas Develop Storyline  dilemma to be resolved
Step Two: Write  Create story Completed First Draft
Step Three  Edit Make any necessary changes in story. Check for errors in grammar, punctuation and spelling.   Write Second Draft
Step Four: Proofreading Read story aloud. Make sure there are no errors before the final copy is written.
Step Five: Publish Final Draft check, completed, and ready to be published.
