Practice Session Instructions

Navigating Options

These instructions are on the cards in the Practice Session. You can keep these instructions open or print them out to help guide you as you go through the practice stack for navigating options. These instructions will guide you through the practice stack. You need to use this practice stack which has predetermined instructions on different cards already prepared to guide you through this practice session.
Navigating using the Move menu depends on understanding card order.
Each card created has a card number. These card numbers increase in sequential order, one, two, three, etc. unless you move the card around using the Storyboard. You can also use keyboard shortcuts. This practice session will go over all of these navigating options. Practice session 2 will cover using buttons to navigate.
Click Begin to start the practice session after you have downloaded and opened the practice stack for Navigating Options.
Cards 1-3
The first 3 cards were created in sequence, this gives you an idea of the card order that you will proceed through when using the Keyboard Shortcut keys (Ctrl and/or < >) or the Storyboard. The card order will also influence which card you go to when you select the first, next, previous, or last card from the Move Menu.
